2 Workers in waiting area gave good customer service while 1 was playing with His cellphone. I been going to big o tires, for over 10 years-And now there is a new service fee that makes the total higher. I will now look around at other Service companies, outside of them as well.

Been here before. Always fair prices and good work. Today’s I went to get my wife’s tire repaired or replaced. It was leaking air and the leak was getting faster. I first tried the new Discount Tire that they recently opened closer to my house. They were closed for Memorial Day. I called Big - O. Andrew told me they were open and invited me in. I got there and he came out and found the leak instantly (literally within 15 seconds). He said he thought it was repairable. He was right. They got it fixed. I went to pay and realized that I must’ve forgotten my wallet (glad there’s Apple Pay). I’m almost home and Andrew calls and says my wallet was found. I returned and there wasn’t a dollar missing. Good work, reasonable prices, and honest. Can’t beat

Called the good guys @ Big O very professional. Went in to get a starter, put on my truck with no hesitant. Tell me to bring it in had me in and out in a little bit over an hour. Good service, great customer service, 10 out of 10 and if anyone didn't know, you can bring in your own part, or parts and they will guarantee the labor but not the parts and that's a thumbs up.

Hey these guys took great care of me. Had specialized tires for my jeep wrangler ordered around 9 am and they were ready for install same day around 11:30 am. Install took under an hour for 2 tires to be replaced. Fast, effective, and Martin the manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys! Will definitely come back.
